Normally, we tend to eat during times of stress and worry, leading to overeating. It's an unconscious thing, but you eat not realizing you're doing it. The “worried-eating” effect falling back on comfort foods that normalize overeating. Eating unhealthy food leads to stress, which affects your digestive system causing your eating habits to become unhealthy. Not only that, eating emotionally-heavy foods can give you sugar, cravings, and unhealthy cravings. Carbs and comfort foods have exactly the same effect on your body as we did on the moon. Fats and sugars give you a rush that makes you feel hungry and gives you a feeling of joy when you consume them. Forget about counting calories there is no secret to this. Just like how you change your diet to change your body, you need to change your eating habits to change your lifestyle.

Go for a walk during the day with your dog. If you can’t do a full-day walk in the park, try taking 5 walks instead. Start running around your house. Go outside, put on music and move around, get your heart pumping and skip those boring calories that you’re wasting. There are probably more eating tips, but these are a few of the reasons to start healthy habits. It’s sometimes easy to take things for granted, but we don’t have to put up with stuff. Not only that, we don’t have to make excuses.

 you have to decide to try fitness classes. do some research and search classes which pretty minimal in size, so you can easily join in on some group fun! If you're new to a fitness class or a healthy lifestyle, just do something that you enjoy. If that's going outside and moving around, then you're in! Even joining a gym class or joining a boutique class, you'll be surprised at how much you’ll feel after you join.

Start to be playful with yourself. A buzz kill on the inside and out! Being someone who loves to do cardio exercise, I find that it's tiring and tiring me out. I try to stay active and be active, but I don’t always find it as fun as I’d like to. I’ve had some stressful days where I was tempted to give in and have a little cheat meal. That’s not healthy to do.

Go into anything you’re doing enjoying it. And then at the end, when you say, “Hey, thank you,” “beyond grateful,” or “everything is great,”. make a list of all the things you're grateful for. Instead of telling yourself, “what a difference,” you’ll be able to say, “I’m so grateful that I’m not scared of leaving my house because my diet is terrible, or because I’m a little overweight. Take care of yourself, but eat too. Just because you have tons of time to be energetic, doesn’t mean you should. No one really said it, but the truth is food is bad for you. It can only act as a calorie brake for you.

If you’re smoking a cigarette, drinking alcohol, taking drugs, eating fast food, and don’t exercise, your metabolism will go haywire. So I suggest you take a step back and look into how you're feeding yourself. The food you eat is enough to either make you feel great or terrible. So from there, you need to make sure you’re on the right track. If you’re not careful, you will fall back into the negative health traps and become obese and dissatisfied with your body. Join a fitness class or hire a personal trainer. It's okay to try some new things and fall back on old habits when you get comfortable, but it's not okay to be lazy and unhealthy.
